What happened...
A few weeks ago we told you about our desire to highlight some of our clients' projects. And how the Awards Teamstarter were born.
Since then we have received more than 176 applications.
In order to. To help us in our selection, we called on an exceptional jury:

- Jullien Brezun: CEO Great Place to Work
- Bertrand Leclerq: Founder Abor et Sens and President Abilways
- Laurianne Le Chalony: Ecovadis HR Director
- Charlène HEMERY: Founder Talentcatcher
- Charles de Freminville: HRD Lucca and former founder Bloom at Work
- Pauline Wartel, Head of Growth Maddyness
To help us in the selection, our jury selected 8 projects in total, i.e. 2 in 4 categories:
- QVT
- CSR
- Customer experience
- Employee experience
The public vote
The projects were then submitted to public votes for almost 3 weeks.
We received more than 1400 answers in total in order to be able to keep one winner per category.
And here are the results 🏆...
In the CSR category
[Advengers x ZEVENT22 for the environment] - Advens 66.7%
Contribute to the zEvent to support 5 associations for the benefit of the environment. Raise awareness among Advens employees about the preservation of the environment through various activities.
[Bla bla Socram Carpooling together] - Socram Bank 33.3%
Establish the implementation of a carpooling approach within Socram.
In the QVT category
[Sound Mutualia] - Mutualia 57.7%
Creation of a playlist dedicated to work efficiency to raise awareness of the positive impact that music has on concentration and creativity.
[Set up the RDS office] - Bimedia 42.3%
Change the daily life of salespeople working in a car: create a workspace in their trunk in order to facilitate their daily life and improve their working conditions.
In the Customer Experience category
[Photo for our seniors] - Xelya 53.1%
Organization of a photo shoot at one of their clients (a retirement home) with a professional photographer taking pictures of the elderly. The photos are then displayed in the residence, shared with loved ones...
[Student Welcome Kit] - Square Habitat 46.9%
Distribution of a welcome kit to each new student tenant by Square Habitat. This kit includes a box with common cleaning products (sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, rag, trash bag).
In the Employee Experience category
[ Check tire pressure] - Suez 25.6%
Purchase of a compressor, a hose and a pressure gauge to check vehicle tire pressure at the entrance to the store site, available to all employees.
[Swap your job] - Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence 74.4%
Construction of a platform dedicated to internal mobility, based on the principle of job exchanges. An employee indicates that he is interested in exchanging positions (= making a swap) with another via the platform, and the platform will “match” these two employees. They can then submit a file to HR to finalize the exchange by following the traditional mobility process.
Special rewards
Two special prices were also served:
A jury favorite award won by TDF with the project “Let's illuminate TDF with LEDs”.
And an award for the most inventive company is awarded to SFEIR with more than 32 proposed projects.
