1. What is Teamstarter and how does it work?

Teamstarter is an internal platform where each collaborator can propose, carry out and finance projects thanks to a budget allocated by the company to each of them.

On the platform, each employee can create their project in the interests of the company or employees. The project owner must set a budget to be reached, which corresponds to the cost of the project. He then carried out a campaign to raise funds among his colleagues. Each of the collaborators can decide to invest in the available projects. As soon as the project has shown collective support and is 100% funded, the project leader can carry it out with the budget he has collected.

2. Who can use Teamstarter?

Any company with more than 50 employees can use Teamstarter!

3. What are the main advantages of Teamstarter compared to other solutions on the market?

We are the first crowdfunding platform that allows employees to create, finance and participate in projects within the organization thanks to a monthly budget.

We are not just an idea box: we execute ideas

We do not participate in a “top-down” approach: we help to implement a “bottom up” in your organization

We are not a large-scale innovation platform: we promote frugality through low-cost projects, quickly implemented by the employees themselves.

We are not a social network: our goal is to maintain the link between employees, digitalization is just a means.

4. How do I implement Teamstarter in my business?

It is very easy!

Make an appointment with one of our sales representatives to find out the best offer adapted to your organization: www.teamstarter.com/contact

For our solution to have the most impact in your organization, the minimum commitment period is set at 12 months.

20. Is the Teamstarter fund deducted from the employee's remuneration? Is it up to the employee to take care of the amount of his money pot?

The fund is a company financing, dedicated to employee projects on the Teamstarter platform. It is paid daily and automatically.

21. What happens to the budget that is not spent/used?

The money is virtual until the project is implemented; if it is not allocated to finance projects, it will not be spent and cannot be used for other actions.

22. Can employees accumulate the budget allocated to them each month indefinitely?

Each employee's pot is blocked from a certain amount to avoid the phenomenon of savings; the aim of Teamstarter is to finance projects and not to save funds.

It is up to you to decide the amount of the cap when implementing Teamstarter.
