1. What is Teamstarter and how does it work?
Teamstarter is the SaaS platform that allows companies to engage their employees in the success of their business, by stimulating the taking of initiatives at all levels.
Each employee can, on the platform, propose their project in line with the objectives defined by their company. The project leader can use artificial intelligence to write his project, step by step. Each of the collaborators can then decide to give their vote to the proposed projects. As soon as an objective is completed, the decision-making committee takes into account all the proposals and associated votes and informs the collective and the project leaders of the ideas to be put in place. Project leaders can then proceed with the implementation of their project, following the steps previously indicated.
2. Who can use Teamstarter?
Any company with more than 50 employees can use Teamstarter!
3. What are the main advantages of Teamstarter compared to other solutions on the market?
We are the first collaborative platform that allows employees to propose, vote and carry out projects within the organization, in line with clearly defined objectives.
We are not just an idea box: we execute ideas
We offer a flexible approach, combining the best of both worlds:
- Top-down: Decision makers share their strategic goals with the teams.
- Bottom-up: Employees propose their ideas and initiatives, in line with the company's goals.
We are not a large-scale innovation platform: we promote frugality through low-cost projects, quickly implemented by the employees themselves.
We are not a social network: our goal is to maintain the link between employees, digitalization is just a means.

20. On the Jupiter offer, with the crowdfunding option, is the Teamstarter prize pool deducted from the employee's remuneration? Is it up to the employee to take care of the amount of his money pot?
The fund is a company financing, dedicated to employee projects on the Teamstarter platform. It is paid daily and automatically.
21. On the Jupiter offer, with the crowdfunding option, what happens to the budget that is not spent/used?
The money is virtual until the project is implemented; if it is not allocated to finance projects, it will not be spent and cannot be used for other actions.
22. On the Jupiter offer, with the crowdfunding option, can employees accumulate the budget allocated to them each month indefinitely?
Each employee's pot is blocked from a certain amount to avoid the phenomenon of savings; the aim of Teamstarter is to finance projects and not to save funds.
It is up to you to decide the amount of the cap when implementing Teamstarter.
23. Is there a moderation of project ideas?
Rules are set for each organization when the solution is launched. Each organization decides whether or not to validate (according to its rules) the proposed projects before their publication. Moderation is then carried out through the collective, which may or may not fund the proposed projects. The proposed projects all meet one of the objectives set by the organization.
