Each year, the Teamstarter Awards recognize the most inspiring initiatives carried out by our users.
A prestigious jury deliberated to decide between the finalists. The public vote then determined the winner!
This year, the jury, chaired by Paulin Riva was composed of:

🥇 Let's mobilize to improve the daily life of our colleague! - SOURIAU-SUNBANK Connection Technologies by Eaton, Vincent Sorin
➡️ At Souriau-Eaton, the employees had a brilliant idea: to mobilize to help and bring more comfort to their assembly colleague, Jenny (Person with Reduced Mobility) .For all her trips, Jennifer is forced to move with a cane, making it very complicated to move heavy and cumbersome loads (laundry basket, shopping...). It is to solve this that the HaniCraft team mobilized!
🥈 Pedaling for a good cause: from Paris to Cannes to join a trade show! - SOCFIM, Kevin Gacel
➡️ By participating in this 700 km adventure, the 60 cyclists involved in real estate supported three exceptional associations: Solidarity Architects, Emergency Architects and Imagine For Margo. Each kilometer traveled is a donation to help these associations carry out their missions.
The course takes place in 5 stages of 140 km on average and 2,000m of D+.
In addition to the €1,566 collected via the Teamstarter platform, SOCFIM donated €1 for each kilometer covered during the “queen stage” for a total of €10,000 collected.

🥇 Bringing the Aeroline drone back to life: a unifying project for innovation - Sopra Steria, Laurent Beaux
➡️ This project gave life to the CIMPA drone, which remained virtual for a long time. 29 enthusiasts gathered their talents to design and manufacture a physical prototype. A unique experience that made it possible to revive communities around technical themes, to convince their customers with a real prototype. A project for and by the participants, for the company, to federate and to progress.
🥈 A giant step forward in safety - SMAC - Building Envelope/Waterproofing, Alphonse Sanou
➡️ No more robberies! ️ The SMAC teams have launched a project to secure their rental vans and protect their equipment. They were able to test various security systems to reduce financial losses and optimize their work.
The ecological impact initiative - Environment category
🥇 Repair Café — Giving objects a second life with products Bostik, Dorian Boussac
➡️ Bostik employees organize monthly workshops where they can bring broken objects to repair them together, using Bostik products and sharing their mutual know-how!
🥈 Save the company mascot! - SFEIR, Hugo Romani Cortes & Ulises Hernández Calzadillas
➡️ Do you know the Axolotl, this adorable amphibian from Mexico that symbolizes curiosity and the ability to adapt? Unfortunately, it is now in danger of extinction. The Axolotl is also Axo, a small blue plush: the mascot of the SFEIR company. Within this company, 3 employees also from Mexico, Hugo, Annabelle and Ulises, wanted to help an association that works for these very small amphibians by offering their adoption in Mexico in order to save them.

🥇 Ergonomics at work - Colgate-Palmolive, Virginie Touraille
➡️ Colgate itinerant employees spend a lot of time in their cars. To improve their comfort and efficiency at work, they have launched an initiative to equip their vehicles with ergonomic tablets.
🥈 Do you feel good in front of your screen? - LIMAGRAIN INGREDIENTS, Vincent THERY
➡️ Ready to work more comfortably and reduce pain? This project aims to analyze workstations and adopt good postures to maintain the health of employees, thanks to an occupational therapist.

🥇 The SAIPEM digital workshop: a launching pad for innovation! - Saipem, Stéphane Leboeuf
➡️ More than 70 collaborators (79 contributors and 48 participants) supported the Digital Creation Workshop! ️ From 3D modeling to 3D printing to textile customization, they explored the endless possibilities of digital creation together. A project that revealed and brought together unsuspected talents and strengthened team spirit. “We discovered that we had common passions and this first project launched a myriad of satellite projects”
🥈 A memorable Pi Day at La Défense! - SAS, Géraldine Cade-Deschamps
➡️ A 3.14 km artistic stroll in the heart of La Défense to celebrate Pi Day! A great opportunity to discover the works of art in the square, to share a friendly moment and to strengthen the links between colleagues. An idea from Géraldine, a collaborator at SAS, which allowed her to bring together 25 of her colleagues during this memorable moment!

The King Cake! - LIMAGRAIN INGREDIENTS, Anne Sophie Godart
➡️ Anne Sophie's “Galettes des Rois” project revived a beautiful Epiphany tradition at Limagrain, using local ingredients produced by the collaborators. Thanks to fun workshops organized during lunch breaks, several employees participated in the manufacture of personalized pancakes. A simple but user-friendly project, which strengthened the links between colleagues while showcasing the company's products.
The Olympism Prize 💪🏻
5th edition of the Audencia La Baule Triathlon! - Delaware France, Maxime Dauchez&Jonathan Roberts✨
➡️ This project has been the annual project at delaware for 4 years! It exudes sporting values: challenge, solidarity, cohesion... It is one Of the biggest triathlons in France, it is organized by the Audencia Nantes business school. This project allows”People of Delaware” of France to meet around a high-level collective challenge! Imagine this: teams meet in the water, on wheels or on land, to take on a major challenge together.
