We gathered more than a hundred people live to attend our last webinar with the following topic:”Become a change leader in 3 steps”. This event was led by David Guillocheau, CEO of Zest who was accompanied by Louis-Vadim Perret, Sales Manager at Teamstarter.

Today, we are witnessing a questioning of so-called “post-war” management principles to give way to a hybridization of the world of work.

On average, 70% of strategies do not reach their goals due to the “execution gap” (the gap between the objectives of a strategy and their actual implementation). The execution gap combined with low commitment leads to underperformance and therefore less agility in the face of change.

Making a change in your business takes place in 3 steps:

Co-design of change:

The key is Communication between managers and employees, the dialogue must be clear and thoughtful.

Co-deployment of change:

The need for a collaborative approach, the interest is to understand the needs of its employees to help them instead of simply evaluating them.

Continuous co-improvement:

The objective is to measure the human person within the company and not to focus only on €K or workforce.
