Marie-Laure, HR Director, is in charge of recruiting developers at Matters. Its objective: to find rare pearls. Currently, interviews are conducted on the basis of exchanges on the candidate's experience and on the mapping of their technical skills.
In 2019, Marie-Laure wants to change the job interview for developers. The reason? Continue to recruit the best talent!
She wants to test candidate developers on the theoretical and practical part of programming. She wants to create a practical exercise and she needs human time to ask the technical teams. D-day, it allows him to target the candidate's skills and to review the techniques used.
She then created her Teamstarter project “Let's improve the job interview!” and the details to unite the maximum number of collaborators around your project.

She determines the budget according to the human time she needs to develop this new test: 37.5 hours of development, or 1875€ requested.
In less than three days, 100% of the budget was collected!
